How do I register?
Please arrive at class at least 10 minutes prior to the time the class starts. We have a registration form and participation authorization/waiver for you to fill out. Let us know which Pass Package you'd like to purchase and we'll get you all set up in no time!

Are there classes for beginners?
Jazzercise offers intensity options for all fitness levels. Within each class, the instructors show modifications for all aerobic and strength routines. Tailor the workout to suit your needs! Classes often present a mixture of new participants and people who have been doing Jazzercise for a long time.
ALL FITNESS LEVELS ARE WELCOME!
What should I wear?
Comfortable clothes, teeshirt and shorts or workout capris or pants. Aerobic shoes with good ankle support or highly recommended.
What should I bring?
Water bottle. We have a water fountain or we do have cold water bottles for purchase if you ever forget for $1.00. Mat or towel is optional for floor workout. Weights are optional for new participants. If you have never used weights before be sure to choose appropriate weights for your level.
How often should I exercise?
If you are new to exercise, begin with 2-3 classes a week and gradually add classes. To increase your fitness level, work out 4-5 times per week.
Is there childcare?
Yes our facility offers FREE childcare with adult supervision. We have a child friendly nursery room filled with lots of toys, tv for movies and games. Please check the class schedule page for classes that are noted with childcare.

TIPS FOR NEW CUSTOMERS:
Take time to feel comfortable with class..
It might take you a month or so to feel totally comfortable. Don't be too hard on yourself. Before too long you'll find that your workouts are fun and effective as you learn to tune in to your own body and make the workout work for you!
Participants come in all shapes and sizes..
You’ll meet people who are at your fitness level with your same goals. Everyone is there to have fun and get fit.
Stay Healthy
Regular exercise and a balanced diet are the key to achieving, and most importantly, maintaining a healthy profile. Schedule and make time for fitness in your daily regimen, practice portion control during meals, drink plenty of water throughout the day and try to get 6-8 hours of sleep each night. Each of these factors directly affect your physical and mental health!
Stay Motivated
The hardest part of Jazzercise is getting to class! This is oh-too-true for all of us. If working out were that easy, we'd have gotten on the bandwagon a long time ago. So ask yourself why you're here, and ask yourself how to keep yourself here.

Great choreography incorporating aspects of dance, Pilates, yoga, and kickboxing. Jazzercise offers it all: cardiovascular exercise, Step, Circuit training, weight training, muscle toning, strengthening, interval training, no impact/low impact/impact movement. Beginner to advanced options given in all class formats.
Don't expect too much too soon..
Remember that lasting results take time. One of the many great things about Jazzercise is that they keep it fresh, there is always new routines to keep it challenging which is why so many will testify that Jazzercise is one of the only things they have been able to stick with.
